Jackie Kucinich joined USA Today in March 2011. Prior to joining USA Today she worked at Roll Call where she covered Senate leadership, House Republicans, politics and a range of other issues pertaining to those in the Capitol Hill community. From February 2005 to November 2008, she covered House Republicans for The Hill newspaper. Jackie has been a guest on MSNBC, FOX News, C-Span, ABC’s Politics Live with Sam Donaldson, as well as local television and several local and national radio stations. In 2008 she co-hosted “Capitol Hill Blues” on XM radio’s POTUS channel. Her byline has also appeared in Capitol File magazine, the Washington City Paper, CQ Politics and Washingtonian magazine. Prior to coming to Capitol Hill, Jackie covered local politics in Maryland for the Prince George’s Sentinel. A native of Columbus, Ohio, Jackie received her B.A. in Communication in Print Journalism from American University.
